Healthy Hearts

Valentine’s Day is a holiday of chocolate, decadence, and indulgences. But romance doesn’t have to make you feel sluggish.


This morning I sliced red potatoes into hearts. Tossed in olive oil and Mrs. Dash salt free garlic mix, baked at 350° for roughly 30 mins.


Crispy, satisfying little crunchy bites.


Eggs scrambled with some honey-maple ham and red peppers. Sliced strawberry hearts.

I’ve got red, sweet, salty, crunchy, and hearts. What more does Valentine’s Day breakfast need?
