Sweet Tooth

For me it’s better to indulge a craving in a healthy way instead of avoiding it and then binging anyway.

I wanted a hearty, sweet breakfast to fuel up on a snowy day. My standard morning involves eggs and oatmeal. So I decided to jazz up my oatmeal instead of jumping ship on routine.

Oatmeal, chocolate protein powder, cinnamon, flax seed. Cooked with double the water ( a HungryGirl cookbook trick to increase volume without increasing calories). Top with mini marshmallows and you’ve got
S’mores oatmeal that won’t leave you feeling guilty or sluggish!
