My passion for cooking stemmed more or less from my hunger; I like eating good food and became determined to cook what I like. This year, I’m determined to cook more healthfully and more often. I want to cook honest goodness. Like chicken broth, simmering in my Grandma Gloria’s pot on a sub zero night.
